By downloading, installing, or using IronBody Calisthenics Coach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

2. Description of Service

IronBody Calisthenics Coach is a bodyweight-strength and calisthenics training tracker. Features include:

A skill-tree of calisthenics progressions across multiple movement patterns
Step-by-step exercise levels with form cues and animated demonstrations
A guided workout player with rep counting and timed holds
Workout session logging and history
Body-weight and body-measurement tracking with charts
A custom routine builder
Optional voice coaching
Progress statistics and streak tracking

Health, Fitness & Injury Disclaimer: IronBody Calisthenics Coach is an educational and record-keeping tool. It does NOT provide medical, physiotherapy, or personalized coaching advice and is NOT a substitute for professional supervision. Bodyweight training carries an inherent risk of injury. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are new to exercise. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You assume all risk of injury arising from your use of the App.

3. Not Affiliated with Any Organization

IronBody Calisthenics Coach is an independent third-party tool. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any gym, certifying body, professional fitness association, or government entity. All exercise names, progressions, and coaching cues are general references compiled for educational purposes.

4. Your Responsibilities

Train within your own ability and current fitness level
Warm up properly and use safe technique and adequate spotting or padding where appropriate
Ensure any bar, ring, or surface you use is secure and rated for your bodyweight
Obtain medical clearance where appropriate before attempting advanced movements

5. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier includes:

The first four levels of every skill progression
The guided workout player, session logging, and body tracking
The last 30 days of session and progress history
Advertisements

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Every level of every skill progression unlocked
The full custom routine builder
Complete session and progress history with no time limit
PDF progress report export
No advertisements

6. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (the exercise library, progression logic, coaching cues, animations, and UI design) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Accuracy and Personal Judgment

While we strive for accuracy, the exercise library, progressions, and coaching cues may not reflect the latest research or be appropriate for your individual circumstances. Always exercise your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before acting on any information from this app.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY HEALTH CONSEQUENCES.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
