Note: Kids Reward Chart does not require an account. All data (child profiles, chores, rewards, goals, behavior notes, and history) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Simply uninstalling Kids Reward Chart from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

All child profiles (names, avatars, birthdays)
Chores, star values, and routines
Rewards, goals, and star balances
Behavior notes and completion history
App preferences and settings
Premium purchase status (note: Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Clear App Data (keep the app installed)

To delete all local data while keeping the app installed:

Go to your device Settings
Navigate to Apps > Kids Reward Chart
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

Option 3: Email Request (for Analytics Data)

To request deletion of anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics, email us at:

dev@corithmflowmatrix.com

Subject line: "Kids Reward Chart - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)
Include approximate date of last app use

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: Child profiles, chores, rewards, goals, behavior notes, history, preferences (deleted on uninstall)
Google Analytics: Anonymous, non-personal usage statistics (requested deletion processed within 30 days)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored: Email, phone number, financial data, location data, full legal names

What Data Is NOT Stored

We do NOT store your email or any contact identifiers
We do NOT store credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Google Play)
We do NOT have a user account system — there is nothing to "delete" server-side
Child names you enter never leave your device — they are never uploaded to any server

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate (upon app uninstall or clearing app storage)
Analytics data: Within 30 days of email request
