Kids Reward Chart ("the App") is a parent-managed chore and reward tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App. The App is intended to be set up and operated by a parent or guardian.
Locally on your device only:
No account is required — no email, no sign-in, no server login. All chart data stays on your device.
The App is designed to be configured and used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The only information stored about a child is the first name or nickname and optional birthday day/month that a parent voluntarily enters, and this is stored only on the device — it is never transmitted to us or any third party. We recommend parents use a first name or nickname rather than a full legal name.
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a device advertising ID and general usage data for serving ads. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads permanently. See Google's Privacy Policy for AdMob details.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as screen views, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the App. No personal identifiers are collected.
Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do NOT receive credit card details, billing address, or Google account information.
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except Google (AdMob, Analytics, Play) as described above, or when required by law.
All chart data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data. To request deletion of any analytics data, contact us below.
