By downloading, installing, or using Notary Public State Exam Master ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the App.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (questions, explanations, reference cards, calculators, UI design) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Notarial Journal Disclaimer

The in-app Journal Builder is provided as a STUDY AID and template reference only. It is NOT a substitute for the official paper or electronic journal required by your state's notary law (e.g., California Government Code §8206). Always maintain the statutorily required journal in the format and medium prescribed by your state.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

Notary statutes, administrative rules, fee maximums, and ID requirements are revised periodically by state legislatures and Secretaries of State. Always refer to your state's official notary handbook and current statutes for the most up-to-date information. We are not liable for any commissioning, examination, or notarial-act decisions made based on content in this app.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES RELATED TO EXAM RESULTS, COMMISSIONING DECISIONS, OR NOTARIAL ACTS.
