Delete My Data — Personal Health Companion

No Account, No Server Storage

Personal Health Companion does not use accounts and does not store your health data on any server. All of your information lives only in a private database on your device. This means you are always in full control of your data.

Delete Specific Entries or a Profile

Inside the App you can delete individual readings, medications, appointments, and other entries using the delete (trash) icon next to each item. To remove an entire person's data, open Tools → Profiles (or Settings → Profiles) and delete that profile — this permanently removes all of its associated data.

Delete All Data

To remove all data from your device, do either of the following:

1. Uninstall the App. Uninstalling permanently deletes the local database and all health information.
2. Clear app storage: Go to your device Settings → Apps → Personal Health Companion → Storage → Clear storage. This erases all saved data while keeping the app installed.

Ad Identifiers

If you used the free version, you can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Upgrading to Pro removes ads entirely.
