By downloading or using Personal Health Companion ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Medical Disclaimer — Important

The App is a personal tracking tool only. It is NOT medical advice, NOT a diagnosis, and NOT a medical or measuring device. It does not replace professional medical care.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health and before changing medications or treatment.
Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the App.
Calculations (such as AHA blood-pressure categories, estimated A1c, BMI) are general informational estimates and may not apply to your situation.
In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decisions you make. Medication reminders are provided on a best-effort basis using inexact scheduling and may be delayed by your device; do not rely on them as your sole reminder for critical medications.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own health tracking. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

6. Premium Purchase

The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase that unlocks features such as doctor PDF reports, CSV export, unlimited history and medications, family profiles, custom vitals, lab tracking and insights, and removes ads. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
