Data Deletion Request - Pest Control Tech 2026
ℹ️ Note: Pest Control Tech 2026 stores ALL data locally on your device only. There is no cloud account to delete. However, if you wish to confirm data removal, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — Uninstall the App (Recommended)
All locally stored data (study progress, bookmarks, settings, purchase status) is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App from your device.
Option 2 — Reset Progress In-App
To reset your study data without uninstalling:
- Open the app
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Reset Progress" or "Clear All Data"
- Confirm the reset — this permanently clears all local study data
Option 3 — Contact Support
To formally request data deletion or confirm no data is associated with your device, email:

Information to Include (If Contacting Support)
- Subject line: "Pest Control Tech 2026 - Data Deletion Request"
- Device type and Android version
- Approximate date of App installation
What Data Is Stored on Your Device
- Study progress: Questions answered, scores, bookmarks
- App settings: Selected state, dark mode, language preferences
- Premium status: Local IAP unlock verification (managed by Google Play)
- CEU records: Continuing education unit completion entries
- Chemical calculations: Saved calculation history
- Terms acceptance: Record that you accepted the Terms of Service
⚠️ Important: Uninstalling the App permanently deletes ALL locally stored data. This action cannot be undone. Your Google Play purchase history is managed by Google — contact Google Play Support if you need purchase records or refunds.
What Will NOT Be Deleted
- Question database: The pest control practice questions are embedded in the app and are not user-specific
- Google Play purchase history: Managed by Google Play — contact Google Play Support for purchase-related requests
