RDH Board Prep ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our dental hygiene board exam (NBDHE) preparation application.

Data We Collect

Locally on your device only:

Quiz and practice exam progress and scores
Flashcard study history and spaced-repetition schedules
Mock exam attempts and review history
Calculator inputs and results
App preferences and settings (theme, reminders)
Premium purchase status

No personal information is required — no account creation, no email, no sign-in.

Google AdMob (Free Tier Only)

Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

Device advertising ID (for ad targeting)
General usage data for ad optimization

Upgrading to Pro removes all ads permanently. See Google's Privacy Policy for AdMob details.

Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data:

Screen views and navigation patterns
Feature usage (which study modes and tools are used most)
Crash reports (to improve stability)
NO personal identifiers are collected

In-App Purchases

Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do NOT receive:

Credit card or payment details
Billing address
Google account information

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Google (AdMob, Analytics, Play) as described above
When required by law

Data Retention

All study data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. To request deletion of any analytics data, contact us below.

Educational Use Disclaimer

RDH Board Prep is an independent study aid. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations (JCNDE), the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments (CDCA), or any dental licensing board. "NBDHE" is referenced only to describe the exam this app helps you study for.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
