By downloading, installing, or using RDH Board Prep ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RDH Board Prep is a study aid for candidates preparing for the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE). Features include:

Flashcards with spaced-repetition (SM-2) study scheduling
Timed practice and full-length mock exams

Practice questions are original study material and are not actual exam questions. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. 4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (question databases, flashcards, drug reference, calculator logic, UI design) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, dental and medical science evolves and individual sources may differ. Always cross-reference with current textbooks, peer-reviewed literature, and your instructors before relying on any information from this app for clinical or examination purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXAM OUTCOMES OR ACADEMIC RESULTS.
