By downloading or using Mole & Skin Check Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Not a Medical Device — Important

The App is an awareness and monitoring tool only. It is NOT medical advice, NOT a diagnosis, and NOT a medical or measuring device. It does not detect, diagnose, screen for, or rule out melanoma, skin cancer, or any other condition, and it makes no risk assessment.

Always consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist about any new, changing, asymmetric, bleeding, itching, or otherwise concerning spot — even if the App shows nothing unusual.
The ABCDE self-check and size measurements are general awareness aids only and may be inaccurate.
Never delay seeking professional care because of anything in the App.
If you are worried about a spot, see a healthcare professional promptly.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos you enter and for any decisions you make. Recheck reminders are provided on a best-effort basis using inexact scheduling and may be delayed by your device; do not rely on them as your sole reminder.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own skin monitoring. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

6. Premium Purchase

The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase that unlocks features such as unlimited moles and photos, a doctor PDF report, PIN/biometric lock, custom reminder schedules, encrypted backup, and removes ads. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
