Note: Sober-Sync does not require an account. All recovery data (sobriety streaks, journal entries, CBT sessions, milestones) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Simply uninstalling Sober-Sync from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

Sobriety streak data and history
Journal entries and reflections
CBT session data and worksheets
Milestone achievements
App preferences and settings
Premium purchase status (note: premium can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Email Request (for Analytics Data)

To request deletion of anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics, email us at:

dev@corithmflowmatrix.com

Subject line: "Sober-Sync - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)
Include approximate date of last app use

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: Sobriety streaks, journal entries, CBT data, milestones, preferences (deleted on uninstall)
Google Analytics: Anonymous, non-personal usage statistics (requested deletion processed within 30 days)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for premium (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored: Name, email, phone number, financial data, location data, recovery details

What Data Is NOT Stored

We do NOT store your name, email, or any personal identifiers
We do NOT store credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Google Play)
We do NOT have a user account system — there is nothing to "delete" server-side
We do NOT transmit any recovery or sobriety data to any server

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate (upon app uninstall)
Analytics data: Within 30 days of email request
