By downloading, installing, or using Sober-Sync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sober-Sync is a sobriety and addiction recovery tracker app designed to support individuals on their journey to recovery. Features include:

Sobriety streak tracking for multiple addictions
Panic button with calming exercises
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) tools and worksheets
Recovery milestones and achievements
Journal logging for self-reflection
Progress statistics and insights

3. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier includes:

Basic sobriety tracking
Panic button access
Limited CBT tools
Banner and interstitial advertisements

Premium Tier (one-time purchase) includes:

All CBT tools and worksheets
Advanced statistics and insights
Unlimited journal entries
All milestones and achievements
No advertisements

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Premium is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Premium status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (CBT worksheets, UI design, milestone system) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Sensitive Data

We understand the sensitive nature of recovery data. All sobriety tracking data, journal entries, and CBT session data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit any personal recovery data to any server.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MEDICAL DECISIONS.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
