Note: Small Business Inventory does not require an account. All data (products, stock movements, suppliers, locations, purchase orders and settings) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Clear App Data (in the app)

Open the app, go to Settings > Data > Clear all data to permanently delete every product, movement, supplier, location and purchase order.

Option 2: Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Small Business Inventory permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

Products, product photos and stock movement history
Suppliers, locations and supplier price quotes
Purchase orders
App preferences and settings
Premium status (note: Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 3: Clear App Data via Device Settings

Open device Settings
Go to Apps > Small Business Inventory
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

Option 4: Email Request

If you have any concern about data, email us:

Subject: "Small Business Inventory - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: All product, stock, supplier, location, purchase-order and preference data (deleted on clear/uninstall)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored by us: Name, email, phone number, financial account details, location

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate, on clearing data or uninstalling
