Terms of Service for Small Business Inventory

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Small Business Inventory ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. What the App Does

Small Business Inventory is an offline stock-control toolkit for small and micro businesses. Features include:

Product catalogue with SKU, barcode, category, cost, price, unit, photo, reorder level, batch and expiry
Barcode scanning to add or find products
Stock movements — stock in, stock out, adjustments and location transfers — with full history
Low-stock alerts, stock-take (count) mode and quick adjust in/out
Stock valuation, profit-margin and value-by-category reports
Suppliers, locations/warehouses, supplier price comparison and purchase orders
CSV import, JSON backup/restore, and (Pro) CSV/PDF reports, barcode/QR label printing and purchase-order export

A record-keeping tool, not accounting advice. Quantities, valuations and profit-margin figures are calculated from the data you enter and are provided to help you organise your business records. They are not accounting, tax or financial advice. Always confirm stock counts and valuations against your own records before relying on them. Corithm Flow Matrix is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the App.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free includes the full inventory, stock movements, low-stock alerts, suppliers, locations, purchase orders, reports viewing, CSV import and backup/restore, holds up to 25 products, and shows ads.

Pro (one-time lifetime purchase) adds unlimited products, CSV & PDF reports, barcode/QR label printing, purchase-order PDF export, and removes ads.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — not a subscription.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pro can be restored on reinstall via Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App. The content and design are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix.

6. Your Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own backups. All data is stored on your device; we do not hold a copy.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
