Delete My Data — Calm: Mood & Meditation

Your Data Is Stored Locally

Calm: Mood & Meditation does not use any account or cloud storage. All of your data — mood check-ins, photos, gratitude entries, thought records, session history, self-care progress, custom tags, and settings — is stored only on your device.

Delete Everything In One Tap

Open the App → Settings → Your data → "Delete all data". This permanently erases every check-in, journal entry, thought record, and session from your device.

Delete Specific Items In-App

Mood check-ins: open a day from the Calendar (or tap a check-in) and use the delete icon.
Gratitude entries: open Relax → Gratitude and tap the delete icon on any entry.
Thought records: open Relax → Thought record, open a record, and tap delete.

Delete All Data (Device)

You can also remove all data using your device:

Clear app storage: Android Settings → Apps → Calm → Storage → "Clear storage" / "Clear data".
Uninstall the App: removing the App deletes all locally stored data, including attached photos.

Advertising Identifier

Free-tier ads are served by Google AdMob. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Upgrading to Pro removes ads entirely.
