Delete Account & Data — Cleaning Bid Estimator

Important: Cleaning Bid Estimator does NOT require you to create an account. There is no sign-in, no username, and no server-side profile. All your client records, quotes, business profile, and settings are stored only on your device.

Because we do not store any data on our servers, there is nothing to delete from us. You have full control over deleting your data at any time using the methods below.

What Data Exists, and Where

On your device only: client records (name, address, phone, email, quoted price, notes, optional signature), saved quote estimates, business profile, default rates, app settings, premium purchase status
With Google Play (purchase records): if you bought the Pro upgrade, Google retains the purchase receipt under its own policies. We do not control this data.
With Google AdMob (free users only): ad-related identifiers per Google's policies. Upgrading to Pro stops all AdMob data collection.

Method 1 — Delete All Saved Quotes Only (In-App)

Open the App
Tap Settings
Scroll to the Data section
Tap Delete All Saved Quotes
Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes every saved client and quote from your device.

Method 2 — Delete All App Data (Android Settings)

Open Android Settings
Tap Apps → Cleaning Bid Estimator
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear storage (or Clear data)
Confirm

This removes ALL local data including settings, business profile, premium status flag, and saved quotes.

Method 3 — Uninstall the App

Long-press the App icon on your home screen or app drawer
Select Uninstall
Confirm

Uninstalling deletes all local data stored by the App.

Pro Purchase / Refunds

If you purchased the Pro upgrade and need a refund, please follow Google Play's refund process: Google Play Refund Policy. Restoring a Pro purchase on a new device can be done from Settings → Restore Purchases in the App.
