Note: IBS & Gut Health Scanner does not require an account. All health data (symptom logs, food diary, trigger analysis, trends) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Simply uninstalling IBS & Gut Health Scanner from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

All symptom log entries (pain, bloating, gas, bowel movements)
All food diary and meal records
Stress and sleep quality ratings
Trigger analysis results and correlation data
Trend history and statistics
App preferences and settings
Premium purchase status (note: premium can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Email Request (for Analytics Data)

To request deletion of anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics, email us at:

dev@corithmflowmatrix.com

Subject line: "IBS Gut Health Scanner - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)
Include approximate date of last app use

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: Symptom logs, food diary, trigger data, trends, preferences (deleted on uninstall)
Google Analytics: Anonymous, non-personal usage statistics — NO health data (requested deletion processed within 30 days)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for premium (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored anywhere: Name, email, phone number, health insurance info, location data

What Data Is NOT Stored

We do NOT store your name, email, or any personal identifiers
We do NOT upload your health/symptom data to any server
We do NOT store credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Google Play)
We do NOT have a user account system — there is nothing to "delete" server-side

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate (upon app uninstall)
Analytics data: Within 30 days of email request
