By downloading, installing, or using IBS & Gut Health Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

IBS & Gut Health Scanner is a personal health tracking application designed to help users monitor digestive symptoms, identify food triggers, and track gut health trends. Features include:

Symptom logging (pain, bloating, gas, bowel movements)
Food diary with meal tracking
Trigger analysis and correlation detection
FODMAP food database with traffic-light ratings
Health trend charts and statistics
PDF report export for sharing with healthcare providers
Bristol Stool Chart reference

3. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier includes:

Symptom logging (limited to 14-day history)
Basic FODMAP database access
Basic trend charts
Banner and interstitial advertisements

Premium Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited symptom history
Full FODMAP database with detailed guides
Advanced trigger analysis and correlations
PDF report export
All trend charts and statistics
No advertisements

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Premium is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Premium status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Health Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of health data you enter into the App. The App processes your entries to identify patterns but does not verify the medical accuracy of self-reported data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (FODMAP database, UI design, analysis algorithms, educational content) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While our FODMAP database and health information are researched from reputable sources, dietary science evolves constantly. FODMAP tolerances vary between individuals. Always work with a registered dietitian for a proper low-FODMAP elimination diet.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY HEALTH DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP DATA.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
