Delete My Data

Invoice, Hours & Mileage stores all of your data locally on your device only. There is no online account and no data is held on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete remotely.

Delete Everything Instantly

You have full control. To permanently erase all your business profile, clients, items, invoices, quotes, mileage, timesheets, expenses and attached photos, do either of the following:

1. Clear the app's storage: Android Settings → Apps → Invoice, Hours & Mileage → Storage → Clear storage. This deletes all app data immediately.
2. Uninstall the app: Removing the app deletes its private database and all attached files from your device.

Individual Records

Within the app you can delete any single client, invoice, quote, trip, shift or expense at any time by opening it and choosing Delete (or long-pressing a log entry).

Backups You Created

If you exported a backup file or shared a PDF/CSV, those files are stored wherever you saved or sent them and are under your control. Delete them from that location to remove them.

What About Purchases?

Your Pro purchase is recorded by Google Play, not by us. It is tied to your Google account so you can restore it on a new device. Manage purchases in the Google Play Store app.
