Terms of Service for Invoice, Hours & Mileage

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Invoice, Hours & Mileage ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. What the App Does

The App is an offline tool to create invoices and quotes, log mileage, hours and expenses, manage clients and items, and export branded PDF and CSV documents. All data is stored locally on your device.

Not tax or accounting advice. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HMRC, the ATO, the IRS, the CRA or any government or tax authority. Mileage-rate and VAT/GST presets are conveniences based on publicly published rates and may change. Calculations are estimates to help you keep records. You are solely responsible for confirming rates, figures and the accuracy of every invoice with your accountant or tax authority before relying on or filing them.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, quotes and figures you create and send.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your data.
You are responsible for how you use documents generated by the App with your clients.

4. Free and Pro Versions

The free version shows ads and includes generous limits. The optional one-time "Pro" purchase removes ads and unlocks additional features (unlimited clients and invoices, custom branding, accountant CSV export and recurring invoices). Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations are suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, income, or profits arising from your use of the App.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All your data is stored on your device; see the data deletion page.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
