Note: PT Client Manager does not require an account. All data (client profiles, workouts, measurements, photos, payments, expenses, mileage, waivers) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Simply uninstalling PT Client Manager from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

All client profiles and contact info
Workouts, exercises, and program history
Body measurements and strength PRs
Progress photo journal images
Session calendar entries
Payment records, expense logs, and mileage entries
Meal plans and entries
PAR-Q answers and signed waiver image files
App preferences and settings
Premium purchase status (note: Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Clear App Data (keep the app installed)

To delete all local data while keeping the app installed:

Go to your device Settings
Navigate to Apps > PT Client Manager
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

Option 3: Per-Client Deletion (inside the app)

To delete data for a single client without removing other clients, open the client's detail screen in the App and use the delete option. This removes the client and all linked workouts, measurements, photos, sessions, and waivers from your device.

Option 4: Email Request (for Analytics Data)

To request deletion of anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics, email us at:

Subject line: "PT Client Manager - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)
Include approximate date of last app use

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: All client, workout, measurement, photo, session, payment, expense, mileage, meal-plan, and waiver data (deleted on uninstall)
Google Analytics: Anonymous, non-personal usage statistics (deletion processed within 30 days of email request)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored on any server: Your name, your clients' names, client phone numbers, client emails, payment amounts, mileage entries, or any other business data

What Data Is NOT Stored

We do NOT store your name, email, or any personal identifiers
We do NOT store your clients' personal information on any server
We do NOT store credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Google Play)
We do NOT have a user account system — there is nothing to "delete" server-side
Progress photos and waiver signatures are stored locally on your device only — never uploaded

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate (upon app uninstall or clearing app storage)
Analytics data: Within 30 days of email request
