Delete My Data — Sleep Sounds & White Noise

Your Data Is Stored Locally
Sleep Sounds & White Noise does not use any account or cloud storage. All of your data — saved mixes, alarms, bedtime reminder, sleep journal entries, and settings — is stored only on your device.
Delete Specific Items In-App
- Saved mixes: open the Mixer tab and tap the delete icon on any saved mix.
- Alarms: open Sleep → Wake Alarms and long-press an alarm to delete it.
- Sleep journal: open Sleep → Sleep Journal and tap the delete icon on any entry.
Delete All Data
To permanently remove all data created by the App, do either of the following:
- Clear app storage: Android Settings → Apps → Sleep Sounds → Storage → "Clear storage" / "Clear data". This erases all mixes, alarms, journal entries, and settings.
- Uninstall the App: removing the App deletes all locally stored data from your device.
Advertising Identifier
Free-tier ads are served by Google AdMob. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Upgrading to Pro removes ads entirely.
