Note: Student Planner & Grades does not require an account. All data (subjects, timetable, assignments, exams, grades, attendance, study logs, flashcards and group projects) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete in-app (fastest)

Open the App, go to More > Settings > Backup & data > Delete all data. This permanently erases every subject, timetable, assignment, exam, grade, attendance and study record on your device.

Option 2: Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Student Planner & Grades from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

Terms, subjects and timetable
Assignments, exams and revision checklists
Grades, GPA data and attendance records
Study-timer sessions, flashcards and group projects
Preferences and premium status (Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 3: Clear App Data (keep the app installed)

Go to your device Settings
Navigate to Apps > Student Planner & Grades
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: All academic data and preferences (deleted on uninstall or via the steps above)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored: Name, email, phone number, financial data, location data

What Data Is NOT Stored

We do NOT store your name, email, or any personal identifiers
We do NOT store credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Google Play)
We do NOT have a user account system — there is nothing to "delete" server-side
Your academic data is stored locally on your device only — never uploaded to any server

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate (in-app delete, clearing app storage, or uninstalling)
