By downloading, installing, or using Student Planner & Grades ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use this App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Student Planner & Grades is an offline planner and grade tracker for students. Features include:

Weekly timetable with subjects, rooms, teachers and A/B weeks
Assignment and homework tracker with reminders
Exam schedule with countdowns and revision checklists
Grade and GPA tracking with UK (GCSE/A-level), US and Australian schemes
"Grade needed" solver and what-if GPA calculator
Attendance logging with per-class rates
Pomodoro study timer with statistics
Flashcards, group-project task lists, and a term/holiday calendar

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Free tier includes:

Full timetable, assignments, exams, grades, attendance and study timer
Up to 6 subjects per term and 1 term
Up to 20 flashcards and 2 group projects
Ads

Pro tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited subjects and terms
Unlimited flashcards and group projects
Home-screen widgets
PDF export for timetable and grades
Extra color themes
No advertisements

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (grading logic, UI design, and features) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED DEADLINES, INCORRECT GRADE ESTIMATES, OR ACADEMIC OUTCOMES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
