Overview

Student Planner & Grades ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our student timetable, assignment, exam, and grade tracking application. The App works fully offline and does not require an account.

Data We Collect

Locally on your device only:

• Terms/semesters and grading scheme selection
• Subjects (name, teacher, room, color, credits)
• Timetable / class schedule
• Assignments and homework (titles, due dates, status)
• Exams and revision checklists
• Grades and assessment scores (used to compute your GPA)
• Attendance records
• Study-timer sessions and statistics
• Flashcards and group-project task lists
• Holidays and app preferences
• Premium purchase status

No personal information is required — no account creation, no email, no sign-in. Your academic data never leaves your device.

Google AdMob (Free Tier Only)

Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising ID (for ad targeting)
• General usage data for ad optimization

Upgrading to Pro removes all ads permanently. See Google's Privacy Policy for AdMob details.

Google Play Integrity API

The App uses the Google Play Integrity API to help verify that purchases and premium features are used on genuine, unmodified devices. This is a fraud-prevention measure and does not collect personal information.

In-App Purchases

Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do NOT receive:

• Credit card or payment details
• Billing address
• Google account information

Local Notifications

The App can schedule local reminders for classes, assignments and exams. These reminders are generated on your device and are not sent to any server.

Backup Files

If you use the optional Export Backup feature, a backup file is created and shared only to the destination you choose (for example, your own cloud drive or a messaging app). We do not receive or store this file.

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Google (AdMob, Play Billing, Play Integrity) as described above
• When required by law

Data Retention

All academic data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. See our Data Deletion page for details.

Age Requirement & Children's Privacy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this App. This App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
