Note: Travel Planner & Expenses does not require an account. All data (trips, itineraries, packing lists, expenses, documents, checklists and Schengen entries) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Simply uninstalling Travel Planner & Expenses from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

All trips, itineraries and destinations
Packing lists and checklists
Expenses, bill-splitting and settle-up data
Stored documents (booking refs, passport numbers, etc.)
Schengen entry/exit records
App preferences, theme and vault PIN
Premium purchase status (note: Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Clear App Data (keep the app installed)

Go to your device Settings
Navigate to Apps > Travel Planner & Expenses
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

Include your approximate device type (Android model)

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: All travel data, documents and preferences (deleted on uninstall)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored by us: Name, email, phone number, financial data, location data

What Data Is NOT Stored

We do NOT store your name, email, or any personal identifiers
We do NOT store credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Google Play)
We do NOT have a user account system — there is nothing to "delete" server-side
Documents in the vault are stored locally only — never uploaded to any server

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate (upon app uninstall or clearing app storage)
