1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Travel Planner & Expenses ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

Travel Planner & Expenses is an offline travel companion. Features include:

Trips with day-by-day itineraries
Packing lists with ready-made templates
Trip budgets, expense logging and a group bill splitter with settle-up
A local document vault with an optional PIN
An offline phrasebook
A Schengen 90/180 day calculator
Emergency numbers, tipping etiquette and a time-zone helper
A currency converter and tip calculator

Travel Guidance Disclaimer: The Schengen 90/180 calculator, emergency numbers, tipping etiquette, phrasebook and currency rates are provided for general guidance and informational purposes only. They may not reflect current official rules or live exchange rates. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government, border authority, embassy, or emergency service. Always confirm entry rules, visa requirements and emergency contacts with official sources before and during travel. Corithm Flow Matrix is not responsible for any outcome resulting from reliance on this information.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier includes:

Up to 2 trips
Itinerary, packing, budget, documents and checklist for each trip
3 phrasebook languages
Schengen calculator, emergency numbers, tipping, time-zone and currency tools
Ads

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited trips and itinerary items
PDF export of your trip plans
All phrasebook languages
Home-screen trip countdown widget
No ads

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Your Data & Documents

All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for any sensitive information you choose to store in the document vault and for keeping your device and optional vault PIN secure. There is no cloud backup or recovery — export a backup file if you want a copy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (UI design, phrasebook, reference data, calculator logic) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED TRAVEL, DENIED ENTRY, OR FINANCIAL LOSS.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
