The App uses Firebase Core for app initialization and integrity verification (Google Play Integrity API). No personal identifiers are collected.
The Pro upgrade is processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do NOT receive credit card details, billing address, or Google account information.
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except as described above (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play) or when required by law.
All study and calculator data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
This app is intended for adults pursuing professional certification. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
This app is a study aid for state and ABC water-operator certification exams. It is NOT a substitute for state-approved coursework or the official ABC Need-to-Know criteria. Always verify regulatory requirements with your state's primacy agency.
