All content within the App (questions, explanations, calculators, reference cards, UI design) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Drinking-water regulations, ABC Need-to-Know criteria, AWWA standards, and 10-States Standards are revised periodically. Always refer to official sources (40 CFR Part 141–143, ABC, AWWA, your state primacy agency) for the most current information. We are not liable for any operational, regulatory, or examination decisions made based on content in this app.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
